A no win, no fee agreement – also known as a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) – is an agreement that you make with your chosen solicitor. This agreement will protect you financially and means that if your claim is unsuccessful, there will be no cost to you.
You will only pay a fee if your claim is successful and this would be deducted from your compensation. Typically, customers pay a success fee of 25% of the amount awarded in compensation to cover their legal costs. This will be subject to your individual circumstances and may vary but will always be agreed with your solicitors upfront.
